Total fitness can simply be defined as how well the human body performs throughout all of the various components of general health. In order to perform well, it is important to follow a healthy diet, complete with protein, minerals, vitamins, and carbohydrates. It isn’t enough to just be able to bench press the weight. This would increase your chance of reaching your fitness goals.
