The type of workout program selected largely depends on the purpose of the workout and the nature of the body. For example, if one wants to lose weight, it would be better to incorporate aerobic exercise into one’s life as compared to just doing cardio workouts without the addition of aerobics or any other form of cardiovascular exercise.
